Reason for Running

As a globally minded Colorado native, I believe I bring a unique perspective to the CBA. Hispanics are driving cultural change and economic growth in the US, and I believe that greater language fluidity is promoting an increased connection to heritage among US Hispanics. Language is the number one cultural attribute among Hispanics, and culturally relevant content drives behavior and consumption. It is for this reason that Spanish language viewership is at an all time high, and Spanish language broadcasters are an increasingly important part of Colorado’s Broadcasters Association. I believe that together we can make our region’s voice even stronger.
