Pillar Media is thrilled to announce the launch of two brand-new radio stations in Denver, Colorado, KSRC STAR 101.5 and KFCO THE NEW FLO 107.1! As we continue to skyrocket in growth, we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dynamic Local Sales Manager & Director of Digital Sales to lead our vibrant Colorado team.   • Track Record: Proven success in driving sales teams to smash their goals while retaining top talent.
  • Sales Superstar: A history of exceeding sales targets with a strong grasp of local marketing and digital media.
  • Digital Savvy: Proven experience in digital ad sales with a track record of success in selling to clients.
  • Tech Pro: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Marketron Broadcast Solutions or CRM systems is a plus!

Your Responsibilities:

As our Local Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to not only meet but exceed sales goals while achieving your own! In your role as Director of Digital Sales, you will turbocharge our digital revenue growth by providing essential strategies, support, and training.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee our passionate Colorado sales team.
  • Digital Expertise: Be the go-to expert for all things digital marketing at Pillar Media.
  • Sales Excellence: Maintain and drive personal and team sales targets across traditional radio, sponsorships, and digital solutions.
  • Strategic Solutions: Identify and present tailored solutions to potential clients, crafting compelling proposals.
  • Innovation: Analyze existing initiatives and dream up new programs to boost both traditional and digital sales.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting business partnerships, ensuring exceptional service and growth.
  • Feedback & Growth: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify opportunities and improve processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of the game.
