In 2012, an FCC Order required each TV station’s Political File to be kept as part of its online Public Inspection File at www.fcc.gov.
All newly created documents must be placed in online Political File and retained for two years. This webinar, presented by Scott Flick of the Pillsbury law firm, will cover all the requirements of maintaining that online Political File.
