Account Executive

Rocky Mountain News Network, Colorado’s Radio News and Sports Network is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Account Executives to sell advertising. 

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Prospecting by strategically sourcing and developing new clients through persistent focus to generate new business.
• Create marketing campaigns which deliver strong ROI for clients utilizing Rocky Mountain News Network traditional advertising on radio stations across the state of Colorado.
• Fully participate in the CRM (Client Relationship Management) system.
• Participate in training to enhance professional skills.
• Set and reach Sales Goals.

Skills and Experience needed:

• A minimum of 3 years of Broadcast Radio or TV Advertising Sales Experience with a proven track record of success. 
• Demonstrated ability to strategically prospect new business.
• A high level of proficiency with computers, software, and new technologies.
• Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently. 

Physical Demands:

• Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Plan

This is a 100% commissioned role, paid on collected revenue. Full-Time or Part-Time Remote Contractor Position.
