Position Overview

Bonneville Denver (KYGO, KOSI and Denver Sports) is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and reliable Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator.  The Executive Assistant role will entail a wide range of administrative duties relating to Bonneville Denver while preserving necessary confidentiality and privacy of information.  The Executive Assistant will positively, proactively, and continually look for ways to help the Vice President/Market Manager to improve the productivity, efficiency, and culture of the operation.  As HR Coordinator, you will be critical to attracting, retaining, and developing individuals within our Denver and Phoenix Markets. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to coordinate HR tasks, communicate with managers and employees, and make sure we provide gold standard service to our stakeholders internally and externally. This is a fast paced, dynamic role, so we are looking for an assertive personality who thrives under pressure and can balance a variety of tasks every day.

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

  • This position is an onsite role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Denver site.

What You Will Do:

Executive Assistant primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, etc., for SVP/Market Manager as needed.  Coordinate and facilitate meetings held at our location.  This includes managing conference room schedules.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, as needed, ensuring that corporate travel policies are followed.  Negotiate local hotel corporate rates.
  • Facilitate employee events.
  • Prepare expense reports for SVP/Market Manager, and Executive Assistant.
  • Assist SVP/Market Manager with administrative duties and other projects as assigned.  This includes filing, daily mail retrieval/distribution, managing postage for outgoing mail, facilitating deliveries with use of Ring doorbell, producing access badges, and daily/weekly check deposit.
  • Act as suite coordinator for sports and concert events.
  • Keep sport and concert ticket schedule.  Work with Director of Sales to assign and distribute tickets per ticket request procedure.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform office manager responsibilities including ordering and maintenance of coffee and vending services, ordering janitorial supplies, making sure the lunchrooms are stocked with plates, cutlery and paper towels, making sure common refrigerators are kept clean, making sure all conference rooms have water, making sure the conference rooms are clean and tidy after each use, reporting building maintenance issues.
  • Act as a suite fire warden for Bonneville Denver.

HR Coordinator primary job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with HR Business Partner to execute HR strategies.
  • Update HR data and tasks in Workday (our HRIS), including documents, job changes, terminations, etc. to maintain up-to-date HR records.
  • Onboard new hires and help build the Bonneville culture.
  • Create reports and manage data related to hiring, benefits and other processes.
  • Help managers and employees navigate Workday and provide information on policy and procedure related to their roles.
  • Assist managers/supervisors in recruiting to find the best candidates in the shortest possible period of time.
  • Help with basic benefits questions.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect the Company by keeping personnel data confidential.
  • Help facilitate employee culture activities.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Prefer 2+ years of executive support and 2-5 years of prior HR experience
  • Sensitivity and respect for confidential matters
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Prefer Workday experience
  • Ability to understand and utilize HR metrics to track and improve upon key processes
  • Understanding of HR best practices
  • Proficient in Office products, particularly Excel
  • Sound business acumen with analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands

  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.

Compensation

$51,000 to $75,000.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
