Position Overview
The Data & Research Analyst position plays a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research on market trends and utilizing advanced analytics tools to extract meaningful patterns from raw data. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate reports, and present findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in story telling with data.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
- This position is designated as a remote role. Employee may work from home but will be required to work from a state where Bonneville is an established business.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Work with multiple data sets and segmentation tools to build insights for the Bonneville’s sales teams and clients.
- Support ad hoc research needs of the sales team.
- Collaborate with other analysts to provide essential reports that keep teams informed and provide strategic position.
- Create and deliver polished visuals (dashboards, presentations, etc.) with client metrics, look alike customers, and thoughtful research stories for the Sales and Executive teams.
- Provide strategic direction, insight, and guidance relative to the systems and analytical tools that maintain best practice and stay on top of industry trends.
- Actively research and participate with leadership in identifying, modeling, and implementing new business opportunities.
- Provide insight and leadership in the architecture of data structures and systems integrations.
- Build and automate BI reports and dashboards that allow the sales and management teams to get a clear snapshot of opportunities.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of related research experience using research data to help drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to analyze multiple data sets and understand interrelationships.
- Strong knowledge of market research principles and practices with demonstrated capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong proficiency with analytics technologies – ideally Domo, Excel, SQL, (GDS) Google Data Studio, Power BI, Resonate, Claritas, Nielsen/Scarborough or other research/data tools.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Proven ability to handle stress, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
Physical Demands
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000. Salary/Hourly rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels.
