Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Digital Sales and Broadcast Support team member in Denver, Colorado. This role will primarily assist our sales team with various digital and television sales support tasks, including order entry, monthly client reporting, assisting with broadcast orders, and providing backend support for account executives. While a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, it is not a required qualification. The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, be organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Sales Support:
  • Efficiently manage digital order entry processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate and distribute monthly client reports to provide insights into campaign performance.
  • Serve as the right hand to the DMS Ad Operations role, including trafficking DMS and core digital orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the creative process and develop compelling proposals.
  • Prepare digital campaign reports and assist with campaign recaps and post-reporting.
• Broadcast Sales Support:
  • Provide backup support for broadcast TV order input.
  • Assist with post reports for broadcast campaigns.
  • Escort guests to and from the set of our "Great Day Colorado" show.
  • Assist the leadership team with special projects and administrative tasks.
• General Sales Support:
  • Coordinate and execute contests and deals programs to drive sales and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and revenue to ensure optimal performance.
  • Serve as the administrator for our deals program, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide backup support for various sales functions, including local, national, traffic, and GDC.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales support role, preferably in a digital advertising or media environment (preferred but not required).
• Incredible attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $46,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience
