Position Overview
This position is primarily a PPC Specialist which is responsible for the execution, optimization, and management of PPC campaigns run through Google Ads across all of Bonneville, including Search, YouTube, & Mobile App promotion, to enable the delivery of impactful results for Bonneville’s clients. We are looking for someone who can maintain a laser-like focus on setting and achieving high-level results while still possessing a detailed and analytic mindset to provide unique and compelling insights. This also includes working knowledge of SEO strategy and processes to assist with the SEO management.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
- This position is primarily a remote role; however, we require the employee to work at our local market site at least one day per month. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Build, launch and optimize multiple PPC campaigns.
- Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
- In-depth keyword research and planning (discovery and expansion). Ongoing keyword evaluation and optimization. Utilizing auction insights, negative keyword lists and roi metrics.
- Set up tracking and goals for campaigns utilizing Adwords, GTM, GA and possibly outside CRM.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues and produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards).
- Regularly perform detailed monitoring and analysis of our industry to determine changes in customer behavior and adjusting strategy to capture market demand.
- Collaborate with other markets & teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met and campaigns strategies are collaborated on.
- Work closely with other PPC Specialists and Account Managers for recommendations and campaign optimizations.
- Manage communication of SEO campaigns with local markets.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of PPC marketing experience with Google Ads campaign types such as Pmax, Search, Display, Video and Shopping.
- Google LSA experience is a plus.
- Google Ads API script experience and Google Betas experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) a plus.
- Proven expertise with CRO in reference to landing pages for campaign optimization and remarketing strategies.
- Experience with Google marketing tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager etc.
- Understanding of SEO strategy and execution and how it relates to other marketing tactics.
- Knowing how SEO impacts paid search campaigns and coordinating efforts between organic and paid search strategies.
- Ability to speak to SEO deliverables and processes.
- Strong analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to collaborate with team.
- A self-driven and reliable problem solver that can work efficiently with little to no supervision that works well in a team setting and has strong communication skills.
- Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines and demanding clients.
- Keeping up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features and products within Google Ads and the paid ad space.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console experience needed.
- Google Ads Certified is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation Range
$63,000 - $73,000
Salary will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
This role is eligible to earn quarterly bonuses based on performance and hitting established metrics.
