Getting the Radio in Every Vehicle Act Through the Uprights |
Colorado broadcasters, the CBA, and your listeners have done a tremendous job getting the AM for Every Vehicle Act to the goal line. Now, with the clock ticking and only a handful of weeks remaining we need to get this legislation done! Failure to do so will leave us with the arduous task of starting from scratch next year, and allowing the automotive industry more time to position against us.
If you are running the NAB’s messages…GREAT! Please continue to do so and if you have inventory, consider increasing the frequency.
If you’re not running the AM for Every Vehicle messages please start today. AM and FM radio has a vested interest in getting this legislation passed. The removal of AM radio will be the beginning of all radio removal from the vehicle dashboard.
Broadcasters are provided an FCC license with the understanding that they will serve their communities first. Radio cannot perform this duty if the location where we are most listened to is stripped from us. Click the button below to download spots, digital ads and talking points.
We need Colorado's representatives to hear from their constituents and your listeners!

Colorado voters approved the paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program in 2020. FAMLI ensures Colorado workers have access to paid leave to take care of themselves or their family during life circumstances that pull them away from their jobs, so workers don’t have to choose between earning a paycheck and taking care of their families.
