CBA Scholarships |
Stephanie of KCME-FM was nominated and accepted for the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute program. Thanks to a $1,000 scholarship from the CBA's Broadcast Education & Development fund, she will be able to attend the program with a significant cost reduction.
Stephanie shared, "Receiving a scholarship from CBA makes it possible for me to participate in this transformative and highly competitive program while remaining a responsible steward of our organization’s funds. I am confident that the knowledge and skills gained will not only strengthen my leadership but also empower me to drive measurable results for KCME and the communities we serve. As a small non-profit radio station this scholarship program is invaluable to the opportunity for myself and my staff to gain training, continued learning and other opportunities that we would otherwise not have access to due to limited financial resources."
